Privacy policy

This policy explains what information josephagreco.com ("the site") collects, why, and what happens to it. In short: I collect what you choose to send me and basic information about how the site is used. I use it to respond to you and improve the site. I never sell it.

Information you give me

When you request an Executive Revenue Review, I collect your name, company website, work email, phone number, your LinkedIn profile if you add it, and your answers. When you reach out another way, such as booking a call or messaging me on LinkedIn, I receive the details you share there.

Information collected automatically

Google Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it, such as pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies. It doesn't tell me who you are. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Google Search Console. Search Console shows how the site appears in Google Search. It doesn't place cookies on your device or collect information about individual visitors.
Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.

Advertising

If I run advertising, for example on Google or LinkedIn, those platforms may use cookies or similar technology to measure ads and to show ads to people who visited the site. If that happens, I'll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it. You can control ad personalization anytime through Google Ad Settings and LinkedIn advertising preferences.

How I use your information

To prepare your review and contact you about it by email, phone or text, as explained on the form when you send it.
To respond to your questions and follow up on conversations you started.
To understand which pages are useful, and to keep the site secure.

I don't add you to automated email or text campaigns. Any follow-up comes from me personally.

Who can see it

Your information is seen only by me and the small team that helps me prepare reviews. It's stored with Supabase (database) and the site is hosted on Cloudflare, both of which protect it under their own security programs. I may use AI tools to help draft your review, and I review everything before it's sent. I never sell or rent your information.

Your private review

Your review is published at a private link that only works for people you or I share it with. It isn't listed on the site or indexed by search engines.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while we're in touch and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask me to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I have about you, or ask me to stop contacting you. Send a request through the contact page and I'll handle it promptly. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Children

The site is for business professionals. It isn't directed at children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
